Lead HR strategy and operations for SNAHC, overseeing staffing, compensation and benefits, HRIS, compliance, performance management, training, employee relations, and quality improvement. Serve as executive HR partner, provide board reports, and ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws and organizational policies.
