Lead and execute company-wide business development strategy across Texas regions. Build executive client relationships, manage pursuit pipeline, oversee marketing/brand, recruit and mentor BD team, coordinate with Preconstruction and Operations, and deliver forecasting, KPIs, and revenue growth through pursuit execution and strategic initiatives.
