Coordinate daily moving department operations: prepare estimates, schedule moves and drivers, maintain transportation records and compliance, process billing and purchasing, support building maintenance and switchboard, communicate with clients and vendors, and perform general administrative tasks.

Manage internal and external communications for the conference: write and edit news stories, press releases, newsletters, and website content; coordinate freelance writers; produce social media and graphic content; photo coverage and event promotion; maintain website and CMS; handle clerical duties and media inquiries; liaise with churches, schools, and leadership to promote events and maintain branding.
