Provide legal counsel for construction projects: draft and negotiate contracts, mitigate risk, manage claims and litigation with outside counsel, develop legal templates and training, and advise project and corporate teams on compliance and contractual issues.

Provide legal counsel on construction contracts and commercial agreements, mitigate risk, manage claims, disputes and litigation, collaborate with project teams and outside counsel, and develop legal templates, training, and best practices.

Drive new commercial construction project opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with architects, brokers, managers and clients.
