Manage daily operations of an agronomy retail center including inventory control, deliveries, seed treatment, customer service, staff supervision and development, safety and maintenance programs, invoicing and recordkeeping, SOP implementation, and business growth through new and existing customer relations.

Provide accounting support for grain and feed operations: maintain transaction and inventory records, process settlements, contracts, invoices, and billing, reconcile discrepancies, assist month-/year-end close, support seasonal harvest activities, and deliver customer service and sales support across departments.

Provide administrative support for grain department operations including weighing, sampling, and grading grain; process inbound/outbound grain transactions; maintain records, billing, contracts, inventory, and settlements; support seasonal harvest activities and ensure accurate documentation and customer service.
