Manage full grant lifecycle: research, write, submit proposals and reports, ensure compliance, track deadlines, develop budgets with finance teams, maintain funder relationships, and recommend funding strategies to support IDD programs.

Coordinate and maintain the donor CRM to ensure accurate gift entry, reconcile contributions, enforce data standards, run reports, track fundraising metrics, and support development team analysis to inform strategy and donor engagement.
