Field-based business development rep who builds and nurtures relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners and community partners to drive referrals and private-pay admissions. Manage pipeline in CRM, meet referral quotas, execute market growth plans, run events/prospecting, and participate in team and performance improvement activities.

Field-based business development representative responsible for meeting referral and admissions goals by building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners and other healthcare partners. Develops and executes market growth plans, manages leads and CRM activity, meets referral quotas, supports marketing initiatives and participates in prospecting events and performance improvement activities.

Provide HR support for recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, recordkeeping, and employee inquiries. Maintain licensure and AHCA screening records, Form I-9 documentation, assist with audits, and support HR projects and process improvements.
