Support the legal team by reviewing and summarizing NDAs, vendor and service agreements; maintain contract trackers; update clause library and templates; perform legal research; assist procurement legal requests; produce contract summaries, updated trackers/templates, legal memos, and a final capstone presentation over a 12-week internship.
