Proactively remove blockers, vet vendors, perform initial project work, maintain PM tools and team cadence, and prepare leadership updates to reduce administrative load and accelerate execution.

Manage the full accounts payable cycle for a multi-entity real estate portfolio: vendor onboarding and maintenance, invoice coding and entry, AP workflow administration, reconciliations, month-end accruals, controls documentation, and corporate card program administration.
