Manage logistics, vendors, sponsorships, budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. Provide on-site leadership, stakeholder coordination, attendee experience, registration systems, and post-event analysis to measure ROI and improve future programs. Travel up to 20% and ensure operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
