Manage delivery of end-to-end IT services for a designated customer, providing hands-on technical support, vendor liaison, service desk and project portfolio oversight. Drive standards, KPIs, security and process improvements, support EHR access/security, identity and access management, and coordinate travel to affiliate sites to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Designs, implements, maintains, and secures cloud, virtual, and physical network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN). Acts as escalation point, manages vendors, creates standards, documentation, KPIs, and uses AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operations, troubleshooting, and incident response while supporting multi-affiliate environments and CHN equity values.
