Lead day-to-day HR operations including HRIS and payroll administration, workforce analytics, recruitment and onboarding, leave and workers' compensation management, benefits administration, employee relations and investigations, and learning and leadership development in partnership with the Chief People Officer.

Provide administrative support for the Aquatics Director by coordinating group and private swim lessons, managing registrations and rosters, communicating with members, maintaining program schedules and YMCA-required trainings, assisting with instructor payroll and program expansion, and performing general aquatics administrative tasks.

Lead finance and accounting operations for the Eugene Family YMCA: manage AR/AP, month/year-end close, budgets, forecasts, audits, grant and PCI compliance, internal controls, vendor procurement, supervise finance staff, provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership, and ensure timely financial reporting and policy development.
