Lead and manage all hospital supply chain operations including purchasing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, distribution, courier services, capital equipment procurement, contracts, budgeting support, staff recruitment and training, lean process advising, HIPAA and compliance oversight, and consultative support to clinical departments to optimize inventory and supply spend.

Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll data entry, personnel file and I-9 maintenance, badge processing, reception/clerical duties, benefits guidance, HR system assistance, and coordination of HR events and compliance with HIPAA and corporate integrity policies.
