Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting for a church and school. Ensure GAAP and nonprofit compliance, supervise accounting staff, manage month- and year-end close, bank reconciliations, payroll entries, intercompany transactions, audits, budgeting/forecasting, donor/giving reporting, and maintain accounting systems (Blackbaud, FACTS, Shelby). Provide financial leadership, cash flow management, and support to CEO/COO.

Provide vision and leadership to develop a K-12 STEM Academy, teach four secondary math sections, build aligned robotics and STEM clubs (First Lego League, Science Olympiad), manage budgets/resources, coordinate with faculty, marketing, and counselors, and expand the program into a regional, administratively-led academy.

Part-time coordinator supporting daily operations and student services for international students: onboarding, admissions support, documentation tracking, host-family coordination, cultural programming, and liaison work between students, families, and school staff to enhance integration and program growth.
