Serve as HR partner providing talent management, compensation guidance, employee relations, investigations, organizational design, leadership development, training, workforce planning, and HR analytics to support business leaders.

Manage and administer Dayforce and Cornerstone systems, ensure data integrity and integrations, build reports and dashboards, support users and testing, maintain documentation, and drive HRIS process improvements and governance.

Design and maintain electromechanical systems and subsystems; translate requirements into system architecture and detailed designs; design and integrate PLC, motor, and machine controls; validate designs via analysis and testing; coordinate cross-functional teams, lead design reviews, provide technical direction to junior staff, estimate tasks, and support internal and external customers. Obtain and maintain railroad safety credentials.

Designs, architects, and develops desktop software solutions; analyzes requirements; implements testing, validation, and documentation; coordinates installation and commissioning at customer sites; provides maintenance and support; collaborates with Operations, Engineering, and Data teams for reporting/visualization; leads projects and provides technical oversight; communicates with customers and management.

Lead Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HRBP teams to design and implement organizational development, leadership development, workforce planning, change management, and talent analytics. Partner with executives to align people strategies with business goals, manage budgets/vendors, and measure program effectiveness to drive culture, performance, and employee retention across a complex, multi-location organization.

Develop and execute test plans for mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems; perform instrumentation, data acquisition, analysis, and reporting; support customers and coordinate with engineering teams.
