Source, screen, and hire clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, PCAs) to meet weekly quotas. Coordinate interviews, ensure client shifts are staffed, meet with nursing leadership to assess needs, attend job fairs, and use job boards to recruit. Maintain staffing to protect client health and safety.
