Designs, implements, and manages standardized training and onboarding for store roles; delivers safety, operations, and leadership training; conducts store visits; tracks completion and performance; builds leadership development paths and trains store trainers to improve retention and operational consistency.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and HR generalist duties including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, benefits support, employee relations, leave administration, policy compliance, HR reporting, and employee engagement. Partner with managers, maintain HR records, coordinate background checks/drug screens, and support training and special HR projects for multi-site operations.
