Designs and manages market-driven sales and product training for IMO partners and agents: conducts needs analyses, creates curriculum and eLearning, delivers virtual and in-person trainings, measures training impact, and partners with sales and agencies.

Serve as the on-site face of the company: greet and direct guests, manage front desk phones and mail, maintain reception area, support hospitality initiatives, and perform clerical tasks while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.

Manage revenue recognition for Health and Life businesses, ensuring ASC 606 compliance. Oversee LTV calculations, cost of revenue accounting, month-end close, financial disclosures, ICFR/SOX controls, and auditor interactions. Lead and develop the revenue team, drive process improvements, integrate revenue insights with forecasting, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Commissions, FP&A, and IT.

Lead and enhance the firms broker-dealer and investment adviser compliance program, oversee risk assessments, WSPs, advertising reviews, regulatory filings and exams, manage a small compliance team, support training, monitor regulatory changes, and partner with business leaders on compliance matters.

Lead revenue recognition activities under ASC 606, prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and financial disclosures. Oversee LTV assessments, cost of revenue accounting, and ICFR/SOX compliance. Collaborate with Sales Operations, FP&A, Commissions, and IT, use analytics to identify variances, support external audits, and drive process and control improvements.

Serve as primary contact for new representatives/advisors, manage onboarding and training coordination, prepare and review transition/account transfer packets, maintain tracking/onboarding systems, file and update U-4/U-5 and state licenses and annual reports, and ensure timely regulatory compliance.
