Maintain and update contracting data in the company CRM, perform manual data entry and imports, coordinate with carriers and internal teams to validate contract and payee records, follow workflows, and suggest process improvements.

Sell health and life insurance by contacting prospects, educating clients, managing leads in CRM, building relationships, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the team.

Maintain and update the provider database, process provider correspondence and electronic claims, resolve provider-related issues, obtain W-9s and update returned 1099s, monitor system reports, communicate with providers via phone/mail/email/fax, and use Excel for tracking.
