Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles: partner with hiring managers, develop search strategies, source and engage candidates, manage interview and offer processes, enable hiring managers, maintain ATS/CRM hygiene (Greenhouse, Gem, Workday), and track talent metrics to improve searches and candidate experience.

Lead ServiceNow platform design, builds, and integrations across ITSM, HRSD, Knowledge, and Virtual Agent. Own roadmap delivery, REST/SOAP integrations (Workday, Okta), Flow Designer automations, governance, upgrades, automated tests, documentation, and mentoring. Engage stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and reduce single-point-of-failure risk.
