Provide executive leadership and oversight for HR and payroll operations, including policy development, compliance, recruitment, performance management, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, training and development, HRIS/payroll systems, organizational development, and budget planning. Serve on executive team, supervise HR staff, manage external vendors, conduct investigations, and lead wellness and engagement initiatives.
