Administer full suite of employee benefits including enrollments, life events, terminations, and open enrollment support. Manage leave/FMLA tracking and compliance, respond to employee benefit inquiries, maintain HRIS and vendor data integrity, generate reports, assist with orientations, vendor invoices, and cross-functional HR projects.

Lead finance function: deliver reporting and insights, build KPIs/dashboards, analyze results, model capital and pricing decisions, support budgeting/forecasting and long-range planning, partner with operations to improve margins, and mentor finance staff.
