Lead planning, implementation, and measurement of a comprehensive alumni engagement program. Manage signature events, volunteer and committee recruitment, affinity groups, and reunion activities. Use data-driven metrics, collaborate with fundraising colleagues to convert engagement into philanthropic support, and develop alumni-focused student programming. Oversee alumni systems and mentorship platform work. Requires occasional travel and evening/weekend event attendance.

Lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major, principal, and planned gifts ($100K–$1M+). Manage a portfolio of 150+ prospects, execute 150+ visits yearly, oversee planned giving program and vendor, develop gift proposals, document activity, and meet fundraising goals while advising advancement leadership and coordinating volunteers and stewardship.

Lead visual design for print and digital communications, manage multiple projects from concept to production, oversee magazine design, develop and maintain brand guidelines, collaborate with internal partners and vendors, supervise freelancers, and improve processes and cost-efficiency.
