Provide Level I/II technical support by phone, email, and in-person for applications, hardware, printers, mobile devices, conferencing and RingCentral, VPN and network connectivity. Manage helpdesk tickets, maintain SLAs, create knowledge articles, support inventory, respond to security incidents, and perform basic Azure/Intune/AD/Exchange and server tasks. Participate in projects, be on-call, work occasional nights/weekends/holidays, and travel between company locations.
