Own multiple concurrent projects, define execution strategy, perform deep discovery and scalable solution design, mentor junior teammates, stabilize struggling projects, and drive improvements to playbooks and templates. Travel on-site for cutovers and workshops; partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Merchant Success.
