Develops fundraising strategies, plans, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics with philanthropy leadership. Maintains donor records in Raiser's Edge, analyzes campaign performance, prepares grant and sponsorship materials, and reports on fundraising activity. Collaborates across the organization to strengthen donor engagement and achieve revenue goals.
