Oversee the school's finance, HR, compliance, and back-office operations: manage QuickBooks and Brightwheel billing, payroll and benefits, DFPS licensing compliance, grant/donor accounting, budgeting, board financial reporting, and support recruitment and development initiatives to ensure accurate finances and regulatory adherence.
