Manage company-wide training strategy and administer the LMS; create and track training, certifications, and compliance records (OSHA, AS9100, CMMC). Handle HR administration: personnel files, recruiting logistics, onboarding, benefits support, reports, and performance review administration. Coordinate external trainers and track training KPIs to support a manufacturing shop floor and office environment.
