Manage commercial HVAC orders from pre-sale support through delivery and post-sale follow-up. Provide technical support to sales and dealers, monitor shipments, prepare quotes, resolve issues with suppliers and warranty teams, and streamline internal processes to ensure accurate order entry and customer satisfaction.

Lead the commercial inside sales team to achieve sales and margin targets. Develop data-driven account strategies, prospect within accounts, execute full sales cycles, collaborate cross-functionally on proposals and order fulfillment, support forecasting and pipeline management, and monitor industry trends to expand market share and revenue.

Administer and configure Salesforce (Sales/Service/Marketing/Experience Clouds) to support lead-to-order and service workflows. Build objects, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards, manage security and data governance, support users, deploy changes from sandboxes using change sets/Workbench, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and scalable solutions.

Lead AI initiative lifecycle and integration across enterprise platforms. Assess AI project feasibility and ROI, document workflows and data flows, design integration with Salesforce/FIT/RPA, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, perform pre/post-deployment testing and monitoring, and establish standards and operational frameworks to ensure adoption and performance.
