Provide first-level IT support and basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripherals; assist with workstation setup, device configuration, inventory tracking, basic network support, documentation, and IT projects while learning cybersecurity best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Develops and modifies applications by converting requirements into code. Converts Access and Crystal Reports to web-based ASP/C# or VB.NET reports, performs testing, debugging, documents development, and writes user instructions. Works with IT Director and team to analyze requirements, maintain records, and protect confidential information.
