Manage high-volume recruiting coordination and candidate experience, including scheduling, interview coordination, ATS maintenance, initial screens, sourcing support, and HR operations/compliance tasks to ensure accurate employee lifecycle administration across multiple clinic locations.

Provide front-desk patient care: check patients in/out, answer phones, schedule appointments, take payments, maintain product displays and a welcoming reception area, educate patients about products/services, and perform administrative tasks using electronic patient records.

Manage influencer identification, outreach, relationship-building, product seeding, affiliate onboarding, and performance tracking. Maintain databases, KPI dashboards, and UGC pipelines to drive brand awareness and sales across clinics and DTC.
