Lead and manage all branch aquatic programming including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, safety and maintenance compliance, class and event planning, budgeting, community outreach, and program evaluation.

Create and produce branded marketing materials (signage, brochures, Canva templates, digital ads), assist with website content updates and social media alignment, monitor site and social traffic, present creative concepts, participate in team meetings and trainings, and complete required YMCA and safety trainings.
