Provide software systems administration, data management, reporting, and administrative support for the Recreation Department. Administer and troubleshoot RecTrac and other platforms, produce reports and dashboards, support budget monitoring and invoice reconciliation, manage records and workflows, provide end-user training and AV/streaming support for meetings, and assist with project coordination, documentation, and front desk backup as needed.

Lead and oversee daily operations of community aquatics programs and facilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, budgeting, facility use agreements, safety and regulatory compliance, community outreach, and customer service to deliver inclusive, high-quality aquatic experiences.
