Greet and check in patients, verify and update records, prepare charts and daily physician schedules, confirm appointments and insurance, collect payments, manage the waiting area, schedule follow-ups and same-day visits, maintain confidentiality, and perform light cleaning and other office duties in an outpatient clinical setting.
