Administer and communicate employee benefits, leave programs (FMLA, PFML, ADA, workers' comp), retirement and wellness initiatives. Serve as primary employee contact, coordinate enrollments and open enrollment, maintain benefits records, ensure payroll deductions accuracy, manage vendor relationships, ensure legal compliance (COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, ERISA), prepare reports and reconciliations, and support HR projects and employee engagement efforts.

The Accountant plays a critical role in managing financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with administration on financial matters.
