Administers the REDCap platform, including security updates, maintenance, project development, reporting, data quality, user access, governance, technical support, and training. Administers and troubleshoots the 3CX telecommunications system, assists with help desk requests, and supports agency hardware, software, LANs, servers, network infrastructure, installations, upgrades, change control, systems recovery, and network integrations.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for public health programs: answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, perform data entry, maintain records, collect fees, generate permits/vouchers, use EHMIS/PEF/OASIS systems, order supplies, and direct clients to appropriate staff. On-the-job training and ongoing trainings provided.
