The Technical Supply Chain Engineer bridges engineering and supply chain, managing component specifications, vendor performance, and cost optimization for energy systems.

Perform testing, verification, and commissioning of control cabinets and systems. Validate logic against control narratives, execute Factory Acceptance Tests, complete QC documentation, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to resolve defects, and support site installation, commissioning, and service. Work includes PLC/HMI testing, instrumentation checks, and preparing final test reports.

Manage processing, review, and tracking of Final Field Reports to meet contractual 30-day turnarounds; maintain stakeholder communications, SOPs, document control, reporting, training, and inventories; support outages, audits, webstore and clothing coordination, continuous process improvement, and occasional overnight travel.

Serve as the Moore APACS subject-matter expert: program and troubleshoot APACS using 4-mation, maintain Profibus/MODBUS and legacy modules, support Wonderware HMI, optimize control logic, minimize downtime, and lead modernization planning to next-generation platforms while preserving field wiring.
