Provide first-line technical support to students, parents, faculty, and staff; manage accounts and data integrity; deploy and maintain devices; operate AV equipment for events; document solutions in a knowledgebase; assist with inventory, classroom technology, and annual rollover processes; deliver excellent customer service both in-person and via help desk channels.
