Provide hands-on and remote IT support for end-user devices, printers, networking, and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile OS issues, assist with equipment procurement/disposal, deliver basic training, respond to user inquiries, and travel to sites in Tennessee as needed.
