Coordinate and manage recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and offboarding. Serve as HR systems administrator, support HR compliance and records, assist strategic initiatives for teacher growth and compensation, and provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Provide front-office administrative support for the Lower School: greet visitors, manage attendance and student records, handle communications, support summer programs, coordinate office logistics and supplies, assist with student care and dismissal, and support events and special projects.
