Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand and production planning, inventory, logistics, supplier management, and production coordination. Optimize materials and finished-goods flow, manage custom manufacturing orders, improve supplier performance, reduce costs and lead times, and ensure on-time delivery. The role also drives ERP/MRP adoption, continuous improvement, compliance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, production, and customer service teams.
