Designs, deploys, supports, and advances on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. Manages communications and event-management platforms, responds to incidents, leads troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and supports network, firewall, wireless, and Internet services. The role also develops documentation, workflows, and performance reports while collaborating with vendors and global IT teams.
