Provide HRIS operational and administrative support including maintaining employee data, processing lifecycle transactions, troubleshooting HRIS workflows, generating HR reports and dashboards, supporting system configurations and upgrades, administering travel and expense programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering user support and training to improve HR processes and data integrity.

Administer and oversee the full lifecycle of procurement and contracts for tribal departments, manage solicitations (RFP/RFQ), vendor compliance, contract amendments/renewals, procurement records, reporting, audits, and process improvements while ensuring regulatory and grant compliance and vendor relationship management.
