Lead occupancy growth through direct sales, outreach to referral sources, CRM management, community marketing and events, social media and reputation building, staff leadership, competitor analysis, and budget adherence to ensure successful grand opening and sustained census.

Manage community business office operations including accounting/bookkeeping, A/R and collections, payroll reporting, receptionist supervision, resident/family relations, mail and records maintenance, and support for Executive Director and staff accounting to ensure smooth A/P, A/R, and payroll processes.
