Manage full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll reconciliation, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, performance management, and HR reporting to support leadership.

Leads the accounting team, prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements, supports quarterly and annual reporting, ensures GAAP and income tax basis compliance, and implements process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency. The role also manages a small local accounting team and communicates financial information to management and external stakeholders.

Provide sales support to outside representatives by creating and managing quotes, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and special-order tracking, scheduling follow-ups, and communicating with customers and vendors. Work cross-functionally with sales and manufacturing to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
