Coordinates staffing assignments across departments and locations to support patient care needs. Forecasts staffing requirements, requests agency staff, communicates schedule changes, documents assignments, and maintains accurate timecards. Provides guidance on scheduling functions, pay codes, time-off requests, and call-in procedures; follows union staffing guidelines, reports staffing data and trends, supports department meetings, and orients new staff.

Provide one-on-one precepting and hands-on coaching for new call center hires, perform advanced and basic appointment scheduling, phone support, systemwide patient access tasks, data entry in the electronic medical record, and assist with work queues, navigation, and paging as needed.

Answer inbound calls to provide patient access, perform scheduling and registration, assist with systemwide navigation and paging, maintain accurate data entries, and use EMR and phone systems to enhance the customer experience.
