Provide desktop and application support, manage helpdesk tickets, administer Microsoft 365/Entra ID and Intune, support Windows 11 deployments, PBX/VoIP phones, and EHR applications; monitor performance, document processes, collaborate with vendors, and assist the Director of IT with projects and security/compliance tasks.
