The Quality Specialist monitors corrective actions, manages databases, reviews documentation and inspections, and reports non-conformities, ensuring quality compliance.

Manage day-to-day import/export shipments and documentation for US and Mexico; maintain product classification (HTS), ensure compliance with USMCA/FTAs, coordinate with brokers and carriers, and support audits and customs clearance.

Perform month- and year-end close activities, post journal entries, prepare financial statements, reconcile GL accounts, manage fixed assets and capital expenditure requests, support budgeting, cost analysis (including New Product Introduction and factory cost estimates), assist audits, and provide AP/AR/payroll support as needed.

Design and develop custom metal bellows and assemblies using SolidWorks and GD&T. Create drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and documentation; perform engineering calculations and FEA; support prototyping, testing, and production; collaborate with manufacturing and quality; and mentor junior engineers.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee new and existing programs, ensuring successful execution through leadership, process improvements, and strong customer relations, while mentoring IPT leaders.

The Project Engineer - Fabric designs expansion joints based on customer specifications, reviews technical documents, proposes process improvements, and coordinates between sales and engineering teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
