Own business development for BidMachine in China: prospect, close, and grow gaming and non‑gaming developer partnerships; onboard SDK and monetization solutions; collaborate with product, ad ops, and engineering; provide market feedback and represent the company at industry events.

Lead design and scaling of high-performance, low-latency backend systems for ad serving and bidding. Own features end-to-end, collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders, and improve system reliability and performance for millions of requests per second. Work on real-time data pipelines, decision engines, and optimization algorithms while mentoring engineers and driving technical strategy.
