Provide executive support to the Founder & CEO while acting as the company's operational backbone—managing calendars, travel, cross-functional projects, internal communications, reporting, and process improvements. Coordinate execution across global stakeholders, build tracking systems and dashboards, implement operational systems and automations, and protect confidential information to drive alignment and execution across the leadership team.
